Captain Phillips looks like a stupid movie. As if a Captain of a ship would meekly allow some douchebags to take control of his ship.

On a more serious note, that horrible music that has been accompaninng several thriller/horror/sci-fi film trailers. That one that's just this horrible screaming sound repeated over and over and over...

Why is almost every topic you start one where members have to list things?

ShockedYou poor thing!
THAT is the story of the guy who overtook the Somalies in a hostage situation in 2009. Only thing I see different is that the boat in the move is yellow, rather than orange.

In his defense, I'll give it one.

"GRAVITY" wrenches my stomach, but really? It is supposed to be an incredible movie.
I'm not a huge 'Rotten Tomatoes' fan, but I DO follow their reviews before investing - and that movie's ads never fail to wrench my stomach.

Are you still in middle school?  You mean to tell me you haven't advanced all that much since?

Of course, we knew that from the "Dave" stories.

Cloudy/Meatballs 2.  The colors of the rapid animation clash together like a 3-D kaleidoscope of puke....

Machete Kills was a horrible promo.  and the pun they threw in was kind of lame, "Machete Kills," that's what he does." Ermm Peter Griffin loves the whole "Title name drop," in movies/TV shows, but many real-life people don't....

I agree, I forgive the first one because it's presumably based on the beloved children's book. There was a sequel made but it wasn't this plot. Hollywood pulled it out of their ass! That's as far I know!

Cloudy.....Meatballs should have been a standalone movie. I respect the Hocus Pocus team for not making a sequel to it. It was a very good movie(usually good movies get sequels to cash in, and usually 3 and 4 or generally sh-t) So it's refreshing that Hocus Pocus was left alone literally and metaphorically. I read somewhere that there were plans to make a sequel, but it got shelved. Good. I guess if there were a ssequel, the Sanderson Sisters would have come back for from the dead to get revenge on Max, Allison, and Dani, like so many movies have done. Yawn. It would have obviously been done to re cash in on the success of the first movie.

Just like Cloudy.......Meatballs. They should have left it alone. Adults will see Cloudy..Meatballs 2 as the cash inattempt it truly is. Kids most likely won't see the cash in attempt it is, and will no doubt beg the adults in their family to take them to see it.
