I signed up for this forum just so I could post about this commercial. I didn't see any other threads about it. I can't stand this commercial! I either change the channel or mute the TV every time it comes on. This commercial has made me never want to try this soup. It is so annoying! Angry

Welcome to CIH !   I tried this soup, and it wasn't horrible but I'd never buy it again.  I had a coupon.  Canned soup, no matter how they hype it,  is dreadful stuff.

I've never tasted canned soup that tastes even remotely like home made soup.

Great news guys.... With the Air Hawk, flat balls are no longer a problem!!!

I've made chicken noodle soup, split pea soup, minestrone and cream of potato soup.  All, except the potato soup were much better than the canned varieties.  The problem with the cream of potato soup was that the recipe called for too much butter, so I used half the amount---and it was still way too much.

A suggestion:
Google for a good recipe for Sausage, Potato and Kale soup.
One that finishes with heavy cream.

Tasty.  (So, don't give up on the idea.)

i'm not a soup fan, to me it just isn't filling, unless you stuff a bunch of crackers in it, but then it's really not even soup at that point. Now, a good meat and potato stew, or three alarm chili, that's good winter food,

Welcome to the forum, we have plenty of bad dogs here.  But they don't bite.

I can't complain but sometimes I still do.

It's ok if you're just trying to stave off your hunger for a little while until your next meal. Or as an appetizer or side dish, even.

Can't see eating it as a meal by itself.
