Knowing that I helped bring lower prices to the fine people of Rockaway, NJ, and perhaps a smile to the face of a sweet little child on Christmas morn, is all the thanks I need.

Well that should make the upcoming pay cut you're about to receive much less problematic for you.

What's funny about the ad is how all the "employees" (actors) are smiling while they work. I bet Thor could attest to the notion that, other than right after hearing a joke making fun of how Walmart sucks, you almost never see the employees there smile.

I'd volunteer if I had to.

We laugh a lot.  That's different than smiling, though.  It's like that concept "Now I know why the caged bird sings".

Eeeeks.  Did I just reference Maya Angelou?  Shoot me.  LOL

I actually try not to even look at the customers, let alone smile.  I see them as "walkers" (Walking Dead reference).  Just try to blend in so that they don't notice you.  Otherwise, they'll converge on you and try to feast upon your wealth of Walmart knowledge...like "Excuse me, where can I find..."  I wanna say "I don't f*ckin know; I work in the back.  And lose some goddammed weight already.  You're like 5'2" and 30y/o, and you already weigh like 300lbs".

Hell, that problem practically solves itself.
Just tell those 300-pound tub-a-sh*ts whatever they're looking for is on the cookie aisle.
