I know many enjoy these ads, however I simply cannot stand them. I dislike the annoying game show host guy who talks in that game show host style (honestly, if I were approached by him I'd have an uncontrollable need to nutslap him!).
And I HATE that annoying game show music!

The latest one has him landing via a weird device onto a golf course, thus interfering with a foursome on their golf outing.

"Bloody hell! can't a group of blokes play some golf without the interruption of a commercial" is what I'd be saying as I chase that douche-nozzle back to his hover craft!!

Sorry to those who enjoy this pile of sh*te, but I simply hate it!!

That's got to be one of the worst commercials I've ever seen. Telling that foursome that they're all getting checks for the difference (because they booked with Orbitz) with the exception of one who doesn't get one (because he didn't)-- that's got to be one of the most annoying ads ever.

While his delivery is very good, I always thought that Orbitz guy was really light in the loafers.

I actually didn't mind the first one where he landed in some guy's front yard to give him his check.
"But why didn't you just mail it?"
"We have a hovercraft."
 
I really don't like the one where he's wearing boxing gloves and gives that " one, two punch" thing.

Agreed.  Stupid commercial, is he making fun of their name? And what is the significance of the spaceship thing? Just a weird premise. And I doubt anyone actually gets a check, seems to me the rates at hotels don't vary, its not like you can negotiate a better price when you book a room on-line...
