Looking Very old hair(?) ad

   I vaguely recall a commercial I saw in early childhood where a little girl sings "My name is Julie. My hair's unruly". 
I remember watching it in the early 70s, but the actual commercial could easily be a 60s leftover. Possible hair product commercial.
