I hear Terry Gilliam has a new movie in the works that's supposed to skewer totalitarian politics.
For whatever reason it's going to be called "Brazil" but if it's as good as last year's "Time Bandits" I'll definitely be in a seat to see it.
Should be released next year

Van Halen's new album is alright, but that Jump song is so f**king gay. I'm tired of hearing it on the radio, but my girlfriend likes it. She's into that new wave stuff. Anyway, pass me an Old Milwaukee.

Can't wait to see all these new K-cars.
From what Iacoccoa says they should be able to last for decades to come!

I'll bet by the year 2000 the roads will be thick with these new Plymouth Caravelles!

I am going to watch The Cosby Show when it airs in Prime Time tonight! I love TCS so much. I love how funny Phylicia and Bill are and Keshia portrays Rudy as a normal little girl. I am sure it will last for years!

Anyone see that new Springsteen video Dancing in the Dark on MTV??

He pulls some cute young girl out of the audience & dances with her on stage.

I read that it was all staged & that the girl is an as yet unknown hired actress named Courtney Cox.

How much ya wanna bet that after this, you'll be seeing her star in some TV show or something?

She won't have the staying power that Deborah Harry has.

I hope they don't start over playing Phil Collins.

It would suck if it gets to where you can't turn on the radio without hearing a Phil Collins song.

This Commodore 64 is the bomb!
I can play Master of the Lamps on it, and run the family business with Cosmi's SwiftCalc!

If only.. Maybe we should go "Back to the future" and offer a napkin for clean up? Maybe even help out Billy Ray Cyrus at the same time...

I just heard a rumor that former NFL running back turned sports commentator & movie actor OJ Simpson, is planning to marry a blonde, white girl named Nicole, who he met while she was working as a waitress.

Wedding set for early next year.

I wonder how that will turn out.

You were supposed to get the Reagan reference, in the video.

There were a couple of Genesis songs I still like today, Mike and the Mechanics was a spin off of former band members.

Both references would have worked for the thread.

Re: M&tMs, I liked All I Need is a Miracle.

Silent Running was OK too.

I wanna ditch school tomorrow and stay home and watch game shows all day!

I'd get caught and grounded though.
