So "Little Miss Perfect Face" went to ITT Tech & got a good job.

If everyone looked like you, we'd all have great jobs too.
 
 
ITT Tech education my ass. 
 
Does anyone really believe that if she didn't look like she does, she'd have gotten that great job with Allegiant International as their Recruiting Manager? If she wasn't so cute, blonde & perky with her perfect complexion & perfect piano-key teeth?
 
If she was overweight, had a rough complexion & a less than perfect smile, she'd be lucky to have gotten a job as bookeeper at Joe's Muffler Shop with her ITT Tech diploma.

Well, it's kinda like so many of the female newscasters on cable TV.  They're all qualified and smart, but they almost always have looks going for them, too.  It's what people wanna see.
 
I worked for a temp agency (in their offices) for a while a long time ago.  When we placed people in our clients' offices, we had a code for goodlooking women.  If we knew the client wanted a goodlooking female to fill a particular position, we would only send "front desk types" there.

Quite "Stepfordy".  And definitely a "Tiffany Edwards".  I'll bet she dots the i with a heart.
 
If they use her in commercials 10, 20, 30 years from now, you'll notice the shots being further and further away.

I would like to know what the fine print said from :37 to :41.

It probably said something along the lines of: "Results may vary. We do not guarantee that you will find post-graduation employment in your field of study and we will not be held liable if you don't find a great job like Tiffany did just because you're a fat, ugly slug. Once we've got your tuition money, we really couldn't care less anyway."

Sad but true, women being hired for looks. I once replaced a woman who was dating an oil sheik...... and some suspected that she was doing so professionally. Confused Why she needed that office job, I don't know! Benefits??
 
Also lost a lousy secretarial job many years ago, for vague reasons.......although my co-workers told me that I was the boss' eighth secretary hired since his original one left for maternity leave. He was sleeping with her, they told me Shocked Guess it was rough trying to find a "suitable" replacement! Dead Nice when your father owns the company.
 
It IS a little unfair I suppose, making assumptions about this woman based on her GOOD looks. But it's easy to hate her LOL

Yes Christine I agree, it IS unfair, but the world is unfair & when it comes to professional/office work, men are quite often subject to the same discrimination.
 
It's a scientific fact that good looking people are assumed to be more competent than less attractive ones & that goes for both men & women.
 
Take just about any good looking, square-jawed, thick-haired business manager & I'd lay odds that he's an incompetent "himbo" who got his job because he just happens to LOOK competent.
 
And that damned Tiffany IS easy to hate, too!!!!! AngryAngry

Look at :18 seconds in that Youtube clip of the commercial.  Her head is waaaay too small for her body.

Between her and the giant headed macaroni and cheese girl, I am starting to pay more attention to the size of peoples heads in commercials.  I am traumatized now.  Thanks a lot ITT Tech/Kraft.

Well, at least it's bigger than the head of the guy with whom she has the impromptu hallway discussion.

She's pretty damned "chinny" alright.

Just saw this. Sorry for being a picky jerk but....PERFECT? Really? Her mouth takes up her whole lower face and her eyes are the size of dinner plates, it scares me. That being said, I'm sure she's a nice lady(I wasn't paying attention to anything she said) and her body looks good in her business suit.

I'm thinking maybe they told her "No, no. You have to smile wider, LOOK like you're so happy about ITT Tech. No, that's not good enough. Now, widen your eyes so you look like a deer in headlights. LOOK HAPPY, d*mnit!"
Please, stop saying "Awesome" in commercials! Your actors are not awe-inspiring and neither is your product.

She is so incredibly annoying. The way she says researcheeen and recruiteeen...and the way she enunciates when she says edjucashuuun...she makes me want to punch her in the neck. She's like one of the mean cheerleaders in high school.

You can read all about her on her LinkedIn page.  She sounds like she was probably going for Human Resources positions all along, and that the BS degree from ITT was a degree she realized she needed to get in order to advance in that field, as a lotta companies have an educational requirement for such jobs.  In her case, she didn't yet have her degree when Allegiant hired her.  Sometimes, all a company wants to see is that you're on your way to getting the required degree.  With a 3.96 GPA and some school-related activities/associations (like "President of the Business Club), she probably seemed like a good bet for finishing her schooling.

When I was searching for a place to rant about how much she gets on my nerves, I saw her on LinkedIn, tho I'd never take the time to read her profile...in the commercial, she says she "did attend ITT Tech rrright out of high school". I don't care. She's just annoying.
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life; I was given life that I might enjoy all things!
