I bet you've seen THIS commercial at least once..

For one, the people's reactions are so stale. It's like they are deliberately trying to be realistic in their freakouts, but it just feels stupid! Another thing is that it's so predictable and clichéd. They both say the same things, and so do the people they are with (the girl has her black father and the man has an old man). I don't know if they are trying to make someone laugh or something, but it isn't funny. It doesn't help that the commercial is spammed 417,955 times on TV, or at least where I live. (I don't know about you) I'm sick of hearing it over and over again! It's not even a good commercial, either. I'm new here, so i'd like to have some feedback, so tell me what you think of this annoying commercial. I've also seen the CGI BlueTax adverts, as well as the "Tiny Buttholes" commercial. (The "Max from BlueTax" ads are somewhat more of a mix of "So Bad It's Good" for me).

Awful, awful, awful. Ouch

Welcome Frodomar,

This ad's been posted somewhere already.  One of the other members who knows how to post the link with a cool little blue dot may be able to help us out.  The CIH search option is broken.

This has aired 10,000 times in the past year. Awful stupid loudmouth commercial.
BUT guilty pleasure...I do like the Suede couch commercial. Because the robbers are so stupid! Not that I would want to be a criminal, but shouldn't they go for the smaller, more expensive things? The laptops? The jewelry? The guns? They're just trying to get caught lugging that huge couch out the door... And the way he says 'sueddee....' is worth a chuckle.
Back after a long absence...still hating those commercials. Go away Limu Emu and Doug!

I get a chuckle when the old guy at the doorway says "Oh it's happening sweetheart!"

Other than that, yes, pretty repetitive.

Comparatively speaking, this one doesn't grind on me that much..its pseudo clever compared to most asinine ads, and ...yes, its played WAY too much but at least theres no ad buffoon(Pat, Jan, Flo, et al) that recurs. That dude is pretty damn weasely though..

Many years ago I had the spare tire and rim stolen out from under the bed of my truck after I left it parked in an industrial park where I was working.

Couldn't believe it!!!

Had Allstate insurance with comprehensive coverage, so I filed a claim and they paid the replacement cost of a new one.

Went to the junk yard, bought a used rim and a used tire from some used tire place and pocketed the difference.

Still pissed me off.

The whiny little Jewish guy is why this ad sucks, but I love the reaction of the young lady with the gift from her Dad.

This is one of those that was OK the first time you saw it but it's been played to the point of total annoyance. I don't understand why corporate marketing directors don't get that people get SICK of ads played over and over and over again. Maybe it works on some people, drilling something into their heads constantly, but for me it makes me not want anything to do with your product.

Yeah I thought it was funny at first but now I am sick of it. As my mother says about things like that "I wish they would lose that one already"

My dad one time had the battery stolen out of his truck while he was at work, what made him mad though was they also cut the cables to get it out. This was before everyone had to have insurance so he had to replace it on his own. There were two funny things about this. First of all the battery itself was in bad shape and my dad was already aware that he was going to need to get a new one. The other thing was that he got a chain and lock and started locking his hood.

When it first premiered it was downright GENIUS! Brilliantly done and a breath of fresh air. Now after the 300,755,222,000,333,000th time it's old hat and over worn, we need something new. Please. StateFarm. Please. Get a new one.

I'd rather see 'Suede' twice during a break than see this ever again. That Suede ad is still a guilty pleasure...the robbers are so stupid!!
