What a load of BS.

Young, fit, healthy guys like him, with hot (odd looking underbite aside) young chicks like her, do not suffer from medical ED.

If he can't get wood it's either because she just lays there like a corpse and doesn't turn him on, or he's gay and can only get it up for other dudes.

Medical ED is a result of circulatory issues that accompany things like high cholesterol and maybe diabetes, both of which can be tied to a lack of physical activity, poor diet and advancing age.

If these ads were even close to realistic, the couple would be flabby and in their 40's or 50's.

Those two look like they run two miles a day and hit the gym three or four times a week.

But I guess images of fat, unattractive middle aged people don't sell products.
