Terry Jones was battling an advance stage of Dementia for the past few years. He was given an award in 2018 and he was led to the satge by his son, and Terry could hardly speak.
Eric Idle remained one of his closest friends, and Eric remarked about Terry's decreasing health condition in his 2018 book "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life" (which was the definitive book about the history of Monty Python's Flying Circus).
Eric Idle, as well as Michael Palin, John Cleese, and Terry Gilliam are all heartbroken at this tragic loss.
The world has lost a true gentleman, who was very funny throughout his life.
Thank you so much for remembering him, Jimbo.

Thanks for telling me about that Eric Idle book, Jimmy.

I'm going to have check it out, as I've been a Python fan since the early 70's.

Sad to see them growing old like the rest of us.
