Mama saw it late last night while walking the dog, there was a pretty great full moon in the window this morning.  I thought about taking a picture.

I went out around 10:30 and it was only beginning. So I came back inside, then went out again around midnight.

The moon was way up in the center of the sky, directly overhead. It was kinda small looking and more dark than red.

I wasn't real impressed. Looked at it for a minute then came back inside again.

Once back in the 70's, my best friend and I went down by the bank of the river that ran through town, got high and watched the best one I've ever seen.

Pretty big and low in the sky because it was earlier in the evening and really bright red. You could really see the three dimensionality it, so that it actually looked like a spherical orange ball hanging suspended in the sky.

Would like to see something like that again.
