R2L Radiation Buster, retail $19.99* ( https://r2l.com/" rel="nofollow - https://r2l.com/ )
Manufactured by R2L ( https://r2l.com/" rel="nofollow - https://r2l.com/ )

The R2L is a stick-on gadget that you attach to the back of your cellular telephone that is designed to convert some of the handset's outgoing radiation into harmless light.

The name, "R2L" means
Radiation 2 Light.

This product has been SAR {Specific Absorption Rate} tested (FCC approved method) on over 40 cellular telephone handsets and Ipads.

* Price is for two units; this appears to be promotional offer -- that is, after some undetermined period of time, the price will go to $19.99 for a single unit.

Size of product w/hand to show scale SIZE

To use the R2L, just remove the paper backing and stick it to the back of your cellular handset or Ipad as directed on  https://r2l.com/2013-04-23-18-00-14" rel="nofollow - this web page  and be done with it.

Yes, it's really that easy.

***EXTREMELY, CRITICALLY, SUPER IMPORTANT!!!***
You must affix the R2L to your handset or telephone cover in the exact place as directed!!!
Failure to do so will result in negligible reduction in your cellular handset's or Ipad's outgoing radio energy (the "radiation" that is spoken of)!!!

From this point on, the R2L will emit flashes of light whenever a call is made or received; this is from the R2L intercepting some of the outgoing radiated energy from your cellular handset or Ipad and upconverting it into visible radiation (light).

There are no batteries to fuss with, so I don't have to tell you which part to remove, drop into the Marianas Trench in the Pacific Ocean, torpedo out of existence, and then rather emphatically tell you not to.

This is a radiation killer for cellular telephone handsets, not a flashlight meant to be thrashed, trashed, and abused. So I won't try to drown it in the toliet tank, bash it against a steel rod or against the concrete floor of a carport in effort to try and expose the bare Metalmarineangemon - er - the bare Metaltrailmon - um that's not it either...the bare Metalsusanoomon...er...uh...wait a sec here...THE BARE METAL (guess I've been watching too much  http://www.tv.com/digimon-digital-monsters/show/1728/summary.html" rel="nofollow - Digimon  again!  - now I'm just making {vulgar term for feces} up!!!), let my mother's big dog's ghost, her kitties, my kitty or my sister's kitty cat piddle (uranate) on it, hose it down with my mother's gun, run over it with a 450lb Quickie Pulse 6 motorised wheelchair, stomp on it, use a medium ball peen hammer in order to bash it open to check it for  http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=candiosity" rel="nofollow - candiosity , fire it from the cannoñata, drop it down the top of Mt. Erupto (now I guess I've been watching the TV program " http://www.4kids.tv/show/viva-pinata" rel="nofollow - Viva Piñata " too much again  - candiosity is usually checked with a laser-type device on a platform with a large readout (located at Piñata Central {aka. "Party Central"}), with a handheld wand that Langston Lickatoad uses, or with a pack-of-cards-sized device that Fergy Fudgehog uses; the cannoñata (also located at Piñata Central) is only used to sshoot piñatas to piñata parties away from picturesque Piñata Island, and Mt. Erupto is an active volcano on Piñata Island), send it to the Daystrom Institute for additional analyses, or perform other indecencies on it that a flashlight might have to have performed on it. Therefore, this section of the R2L's web page will seem a bit more bare than this section of the web page on a page about a flashlight.

On the R2L website, it states (and I quote): "Paper thin microprocessor converts cell phone radiation into harmless light".
MICROPROCESSER?!?
No, not 'microprocessor', and almost certainly not 'microcontroller' either!
Both of them would require constant external power such as batteries; but the R2L does not use batteries. Best guess here is that the majority of the device's surface area consists of a conductor arranged in a tight zig-zag manner which intercept's some of the cellular handset's outgoing radiation and routes it to that red LED.

This is the R2L affixed to the back of my  http://ledmuseum.candlepower.us/32/jax.htm" rel="nofollow - Kyocera Jax S1300  cellular telephone handset.

Very brief video on YouTube showing the R2L Radiation Buster working on my Kyocera Jax cellular telephone handset. I dialed my VMB twice; the R2L lights up briefly whenever the handset is transmitting.

See that short red flash twice?
That is the R2L working; it flashed when I was dialing my VMB.

This video is approximately 25.1867346909 megabytes (25,302,520 bytes) in length; dial-up users please be aware.
It will take no less than one hundred twenty five minutes to load at 48.0Kbps.

TEST NOTES:
Test units (for a promotional period, they were sold in pairs) were purchased on the  https://r2l.com/" rel="nofollow - R2L  website on 07-31-13 entirely due to a posting on the Commercials I Hate BBS, and were received late on the afternoon of 08-07-13.

The first unit I installed was defective; the second one appears to function as intended.

I'm honestly not certain as to whether I can recommend this product or not; I'm simply not equipped to test for radiative output from my cellular telephone handset in order to furnish 'before' and 'after' results.

BTTT: Noted the misuse of the word, "microprocessor" in their advertising spiel and on their website.

99% certain that this product is complete scam and here is why. The video in the site claims that the thing has been tested, but it's not with a real-world cell phone tower signal. In a test lab with the phone set to output a fixed amount of power, this thing absorbs some of the RF energy. BUT a phone in the real world adjusts transmit power as instructed by the tower, so if the LED thingy absorbs some RF transmit power, then less power is getting to the tower and the tower will tell the phone to TURN UP its transmit power. That means, at best, this does nothing but help kill your battery, or at worst, might be subject your head to MORE RF, since your phone has to transmit harder to get the same signal to the tower with this thing on the phone.
