For anyone who makes meatloaf either occasionally or fairly regularly, I highly recommend this product.  It keeps the meatloaf above the grease instead of soaking in it, cooking it more evenly.  And taking it out of the pan is very easy, no sticking or falling apart whatsoever.  This in turn makes cleaning up afterward a breeze.  It can also be used to cook things like pork loin or stuffed peppers (in fact I plan on having pork loin this weekend).

To my knowledge it's not available in stores, so you'd have to order either by phone or their site ... just google 'perfect meatloaf.'  I'm usually weary about sh*t they try to sell on infomercials, but this was a definite exception.

I still use my George Foreman "grille".  It's too small for meatloaf, but then I don't know how to make it anyway.

Pretty sure it's just meat in a loaf pan.

Possibly with some onions, bread crumbs and a couple of eggs mixed in.
We used to put Campbells Tomato soup on top of it, but now we just use ketchup.
I usually just eat it with ketcup on it anyway once it's in leftover form.

Now I wanna make some meatloaf.  Problem is, I just bought a buncha red bell peppers 'cause they were three for $1, and I need to use 'em up via stuffed peppers (which are, basically, meatloaf in peppers with some rice).

I've had a hankerin to make meatloaf for some time now.

I usually wait for the weather to cool off before I take on any cooking project though.

Everything is just better when the weather is comfortable & I don't like to heat up the kitchen when it's already hot.

I wanna make some & season it with steak sauce.
