   So if you live across the Southwest, you've probably seen commercials for Natural Grocers, a branch of  family owned organic foods stores, which used to be called Vitamin Cottage. Sure, they probably don't have a big budget for commercials, but these are probably the single most grating ads I have ever seen. And there is a lot of them. Here are just a couple.

	Second commercial with the dancing blond chick is pretty awful.
