I absolutely hate this commercial. I'd call if just a forgettable Holdiay commercial, but it's played all of the time here. The only part that annoyed me at first was the part where the woman finishes her candy and has chocolate on her thumb. (Food on hands and faces in ads kind of gross me out. That's a 'me" thing, I guess, but still...)

But since they play it over and over and over, I've come to utterly despise hearing "deck the halls" as well as all of the people in the commercial. Who the hell has this kind of Norman Rockwell Xmas anyway?

What bugs me is the way commercial women always close their eyes when they're eating this kind of stuff---as if they're being transported to the land of Oz.

I do think there's some truth to women's general reaction to chocolate, but advertisers hype it up so much.   Big smile
