Too bad Jerry Lewis is no longer around to host it anymore.

Isn't Lexus the luxury brand of Toyota?

Jan has 3 or 4 new commercials that I have seen.

Hey!  Didn't Jerry do a 'Nutty Professor' movie?  He was a good guy!

This Just in ...

Jerry Lewis is recognized as one of the classic comedians of our time.

With his passing this Sunday, you’ll likely see numerous tributes to the 91-year-old actor.

Unfortunately, Lewis comes from a time when it was considered funny to portray Asians with buckteeth and speaking in gibberish-all with the intention of getting a cheap laugh.
As late as 1981 in Lewis’ comeback film Hardly Working, the funny man thought it would still be funny to wear yellowface and resurrect his tired routine.

Lewis is loved by many for the billions of dollars he raised for Muscular Dystrophy through the annual MDA telethon. He was also roundly criticized for portraying children with muscular dystrophy as pity cases.

nice photo shop bro!

if only jerry had lived a little longer he could have cashed in on the Medicare benefits ads

and the reverse mortgage stuff too

No doubt he would have dealt with Kaleb and Alec  with an iron fist!

he would have slapped them little shriners babies into shape something quick

I can't imagine a world where Jerry would have done both MDA and Toyota at the same time...and I don't think Toyota ever donated money for his telethon either. Albeit his telethon always seemed to have one problem or another in the 21 1/2 hours nonstop. But it was live TV!
The last year he did a telethon, which was 2010, I donated $2.00 to the MDA. In that $58.9 million final tote, I knew that tiny drop in the bucket was in that total!
I'm sure him and Dean Martin reunited their comedy troupe in heaven and it's going strong. And Ed McMahon is laughing along with them.

I've changed lanes and slowed down to let a Toyota or Lexus pass me, so I don't have to see that damn front end in my rear-view mirror!

Once a Labor Day weekend tradition, the telethon is coming back in October to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and its new host's Help From the Hart charity. In October, Kevin Hart will host a new version of the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon.

Thank GOD today is the last day for these damn Xmas car ads. (Although sometimes one or two squeak out and air a day after the sale ended)

Seeing Lexus Dec. to Remember and this dumb annoying twit Jan with her Toyotathon on a Monday...days after the New Year, other Xmas themed car ads (Hell, Xmas to me literally feels like it happened well over a month ago for some reason)...just stop it!

*On top of that, the Tax ads are in high gear already like clockwork. Dead

I did see an ASPCA ad with Silent Night playing yesterday for a few times.

The Tax ads are indeed in full spring.

Stop the puppies please

I cant take it anymore

now they are seasonal cold shivering puppies in the winter

panting hot thirsty puppies in the summer

and of course a few teary eyed kittens thrown in besides

oh and dont forget the false urgency they put in there

we need 3000 new donors now!

wasnt the one of the upsides to covid that peeps were emptying the animal shelters

or were those dogs just sent off to china in a shipping container marked "Pork"

how these people live with themselves

Is the Aspca legitimate?
The independent watchdog CharityWatch finds that ASPCA spends up to 40 percent of its budget on overhead, and up to 38 cents to raise every dollar, giving the organization a middling “C” rating in its Summer 2019 rating guide.
