Last Year, the BCS Games became available only to those who subscribed to Pay-TV. I read somewhere that viewership was down 11 percent because of this. To get around this, I decided to patronise a Restaurant or Pub that was showing the game on their Monitors, paying less than $10.00 for a Meal or Drink (Which is Consideratly CHEAPER than paying for a Month's Subscription).
I cannot help but wonder, have these establishments seen an INCREASE in business due to what I call "Knotholers" (Named after those who, back in the days of yore would peer through knotholes in the fence that surrounded a playing field to watch Athletes play their game because they couldn't afford Grandstand Seats) who patronise these places to watch their favorate teams play?
