Did you get burned by your gray hair?  Some guys are really full of themselves.  They deserve it!

But wait, who's fault is it? Is there too much litigation?  Do we blame the freaking drug companies for releasing these problematic products. Is it the FDA? It's no wonder I prefer to limp around here rather than jump into this useless or possibly harmful healthcare system.  Color me angry!!  AngryAngryAngry

Oh, please.  I'm sure the package warns against using if the product causes burning, itching, irritation, etc.  You're supposed to do what's called a patch test first and the box probably says that as well.  I don't know for sure because I've never used Just For Men, but all that stuff is on the women's hair dye packaging.

That's just ridiculous.

Most health, beauty and personal care products come with SOME kind of warning about possible unwanted effects and symptoms from using them.  They will usually state something to the effect of "stop using and/or see your doctor".

It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$   Disapprove

Well...the "non-attorney spokesperson" certainly looks as though he has no need for ANY hair-care product.  Mr. Follicly-Challenged looks thoroughly outraged about a product he can't use Shocked

The presentation of this with the goofy flying fonts and just for men logo really makes this seem like it's one of those gimmick ads instead of being serious.

^^LOLLOL  Well, DRS is definitely cued-in as to why Mr. Cueball is probably So Bare Up There With No Hair.

The obsession with hair in the right place/wrong place;   gray hair/dyed hair;  right hair/wrong hair  -- is fascinating.  And it engenders endless amounts of advertising - more fun for all of us!  There seem to be as many hair-off products (for "unwanted" hair, you decide where) as there are hair-restoratives, hair dyes, hair styling "products"...and now, lawsuits pandering to disappointed consumers who ignore the instructions on the package.  Confused

The class lawsuit ads are getting out of control and have been for quite some time now.  It won't be long before Charmin toilet paper is getting a class lawsuit against it too.  "Did you use Charmin to wipe your butt and THEN wipe your vagina and got a urinary tract infection??  You maybe entitled to a class action lawsuit!  Call now!" I truly will weep if this ever becomes a real class lawsuit.Ouch Cry

DisapproveI STILL wanna sue both JFM and Ronson Lighter Fluid company.
Some years back when the fur started going grey, I used some JFM to get the Missus kinda excited. She couldn't quit laughing because my hair & beard came out the perfect shade of turd.
Now about leaving thing around....
When I was young & dumb (not like the rap song), some cowgirl from Texas loaned me some o'her crabs. Being young and wise beyond my means, I figured a quick 1-2-rubdown with lighter fluid would have them fleeing, even though I didn't consider skin-burn. Yea, crabs died right off, but then, even with LOTS of Ivory soap and aloe cream, my chilluns all showed up a little off-color...I want my money back! Where oh where do I sign up for this 'Low-to-No Class Action Lawsuit'?

Most sexually active young men from our time have caught the crabs at one time or another, nasty little critters! I'm not saying I did, head lice with kids is just as bad or worse.

Speaking of a burning bush! I had a 78 Cutlass and the gas cap was under the license plate. I overfilled it once and the gas sprayed on my jeans below the belt.  The skin down there is very sensitive, it burned like a mother f*cker!
I can't complain but sometimes I still do.

That happened to me a couple of times. The one time in particular that I remember was after going nuts while refilling it.

Or more accurately, re-overfilling it.

Felt some irritation on top of my thigh. Pulled my pants down to see what it was, and there was a red spot on my skin in the shape of a perfect rectangle, exactly the same size as the Zippo.

Never over-filled another Zippo again.

Quote Is there too much litigation?

Just wait until JFM gets sued for gender discrimination because their product is "just for men".  They'll have to change the name to conform to all gender pronouns:
