I see this ad all the time. Probably cause all I watch are OTA retro stations. Anyway, I noticed something. If you aren't paying attention, you might think that Mr Namath actually uses the product he is hawking. WRONG! Pay attention at :29. He says he called them and they advised him that he could...COULD get a plan that includes blah, blah, blah.......etc. If he used the actual plan, he would definitely say so! I highly doubt he is anything other than a paid spokesperson.

Oh, but at the end he says "you'll be happy you called. I guarantee it!" Really? What if I call and I'm not happy. How does your guarantee work then?!? Just a bunch of nonsense trying to separate seniors from the savings.

I've had some fun imitating his vocal patterns and pronunciation of certain words in this ad, which I also see way too much.

When he says "I guarantee" it always reminds me of that Cajun chef Justin Wilson who was famous for saying "I gaw-ron-tee".

Joe's "I guarantee it" quote is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the one he made before the 1969(?) Super Bowl. His Jets team was the huge underdog, and his statement "guaranteeing" a Jets win was seen as incredibly audacious. And they won. So Joe's known for that quote.

And also as well as for keeping a pack of dangerous dogs that have had several complaints, been declared dangerous and attacked and bit people, including a UPS driver who sued him.

I read the government had filed 2019 had two suites against the parent company of this sham. That said when IF ever will they shut this down? I am SICK of the ad AND Broadway Joe's smiling face and his hand talking as he hawks this junk spewing lies that helps swindle no telling how many seniors out of their money. Pitiful, pathetic, disgusting and Joe oughta be ashamed for his role in this. And he tells it like he's a member! Yeah, right. Not with the money he should have unless he's drank it away. My guess was Joe had more character then this.
