Joe's "I guarantee it" quote is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the one he made before the 1969(?) Super Bowl. His Jets team was the huge underdog, and his statement "guaranteeing" a Jets win was seen as incredibly audacious. And they won. So Joe's known for that quote.

I am SICK of the ad AND Broadway Joe's smiling face and his hand talking as he hawks this junk spewing lies that helps swindle no telling how many seniors out of their money. Pitiful, pathetic, disgusting and Joe oughta be ashamed for his role in this. And he tells it like he's a member! Yeah, right. Not with the money he should have unless he's drank it away. My guess was Joe had more character then this.
