I don't understand why he'd get arrested with such a low alcohol level. The articles I looked at don't help.

Maybe there's more to this than we're being told. But at this point, I've invested way more time into this than I care to.

And I also don't understand why this is being revealed now and not in November when it happened.

Odd story. Bruce never struck me as the type who drank much. My brother helped with a dinner that Bruce attended and when dessert was served, Bruce asked for a glass of milk.
