I went for the remote to silence Toyota-Jan, and knocked a bunch of papers onto the floor!

^ LOL
Car sales people are despicable!

For years, Toyota Jan has been a hot topic on our website, ever since we announced her pregnancy in May of 2014. At first, it was adoring mothers who were interested in learning more about their favorite commercial superstar, but it eventually became clear that Toyota Jan inspired another specific audience: old pervy men who have a thing for women in red.

I can't complain but sometimes I still do

My opinion: replace Jan with a new spokes-character.

From the article mentioned by aka ron:

"It’s a well-known secret that Jan vs. Flo is a great American rivalry, like the Yanks and the Sox or Coke and Pepsi.

Not exactly the similes I had in mind. And there's no need to be insulting ball teams or colas!

"Imagine yourself in a new Toyota"??

Sorry, Toyotas are not something I'd "imagine" myself in
They're not exactly Corvettes or BMWs or 1967 GTOs. They're not particularly cool or beautiful or anything.

Honestly, I don't recall anyone here ever having liked her at all.

I used to like their pickups back around 2005, but soon after that their body designs just got odd looking.

I'll keep my old Chrysler station and Dodge trucks.

I like watching the videos from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, in which they smash those weird front ends to bits. The one for the passenger-side offset test of the Sienna is especially satisfying.

I have no clue as to what possessed Toyota to come up with that hideous looking Darth Vader mask front grille.

Unless it was some kind of gambit to ride the popularity wave of Star Wars.

Ugliest damned thing I've ever seen on a car.
