Well, it looks like we're going to have a big weather event in time for Christmas. We have a snow storm coming and besides that, by early tomorrow morning, we'll be down to 0, and it will stay there as the high. Roads will be potentially dangerous and winds will possibly gust to 60 MPH. I'm hoping First Energy will have crews ready in the event of power outages for this storm, especially since we're days from Christmas.

Yeah, this is puke! LOT of rain here all day, tonight. I'm more concerned about the damn winds, potential power outages (loss of heat)...before the temps crash, flash freeze & icy roads with wind chills below 0.

Hello Winter...now go away! Dead

Hell, I'd actually rather have all snow!

I'm worried too about the winds and flash freeze as well. How's it in Philly right now?

We're at NEGATIVE 3 right now! We have fairly high winds to boot, but not much snow. I'm hoping we'll get together for Christmas Eve tomorrow with family, but the weather's not supposed to get better until Christmas Day. This is one to watch.

We actually had rather heavy rain and even storms in parts of our region a few days ago, unusual for late January. Now we're back to our typical 30's and cloudy.

Snowing heavily right now and it's all white on the grass. Perfect day to stay indoors.

For me, it's a good kind of snowfall...looks pretty for a few hours, then gets washed away by the rain and warming temps. So...no shoveling!!!👍

Nice day today. Some places broke record high temps, but being January, that was still only low 70's. Low humidity. Supposed to rain tonight, then tomorrow a cold front moves through and we're back in the 30's and 40's.

^ 30s and 40s?? That sounds like our winter so far. Except for a few days, the daytime highs here have been in the 40s and 50s all winter. Not that it's been what I'd call nice, but can't really complain.

Weatherwise, from the reports I've seen and heard, you're probably better off where you're at than you'd have been if you had stayed out west where you used to live.

Sounds like they've been getting the living sh*t kicked out of them.

Yeah, they needed it, though (the rain, that is). Maybe not so much, so quickly, but I read that in some counties, their seemingly eternal drought is officially over.

The weather's supposed to be cold over the next week but not snowy. Lows in the single digits.

We had a very cold weekend, but we are at least in the 50's today. February was at least warm and sunny to be honest.

We got downright 🔥HOT🔥 for awhile during February.

Now, we're approaching the end of a short, March cool spell.

Heat returning by week's end. 🙄

I can't complain. This winter was mild. Barely any snow to shovel. Wore a sweatshirt over a few layers of shirts most days. I think I wore my heavier waist length jacket maybe twice.

I've worn my heavier jacket quite a few times, but we're probably at the point of wearing just a light coat, and by May, no coat at all.
