Mama is in the doghouse. I was just tossing and turning with about 2 more hours to sleep.
I hear the familier sound of the dog in the garage wanting to come in.
I look over, the wife is in bed.  Is the dog outside? I said.  She replied "Confused No??"
Jeez, not only was she in the garage but the outside door had been standing open for who knows how long. There is a water pipe right next to the door. I have a remote thermometer out there and it's reading 30 degrees. So not only did I have to let the dog in, and take those looks that can kill. The pilot was out in the garage heater. The dog is okay and so is the water pipe in the garage. Getting back to sleep might be a problem.

^  I have a pet door between my garage and kitchen (and I keep the back garage door open at all times), so that scenario doesn't happen.  Not that freezing temps are much of a concern here, but it's still nice to let the critters have full in-out access.  Of course, my neighbor's cat Cornelius has figured that out, too.  He spent much of the day here yesterday.

That's so funny that the neighbors cat comes over and hangs out with you and your cats.
I wish Leah had the temperment to have more freedom. It would not hurt the dog to be out there all night. I just hope she was not barking alot.

^  Same neighbor's Siamese cat Sneakers moved in around 2006 after his owner added a new puppy to his menagerie, and Sneakers just got fed up.  He'd been visiting for awhile, but when I came downstairs one morning and found him asleep on the couch, I knew it was all over.  I had him until he died last year at 18 or 19.

Having a pet door gives the animal more freedom and it also gives the owner more freedom.  When I used to herd the cats in at night and then close the cat door off, it was a hassle.  I rarely "trap" the animals inside these days.  The 4th of July is one of those rare occasions.

Of course, with dogs, you'd have to have a really secure backyard.

I have a new perspective of the room, the world and all those deep things.
Mama made the bed after I washed the sheets, That was her punishment.
We may trade adult pleasures later. The dog gets locked out of the room.

I had AT&T Worldnet until early-2010 when they summarily dumped my website (along with those of hundreds of thousands of other subscribers); they even yanked their servers to ensure that I would not be able to use FTP to snag all of my files or to insert a bit of code (or, "chode" as some college professors pronounce it) to direct search engines like Google and Yahoo! to my new address...as a direct result, most of my website's ad revenue went out the window because my website's rankings went down the toilet. Cry

I'll never, NEVER, EVER do business with AT&T again!!! Angry

ShockedSomeone actually tried to do business with AT&T?!!!
They are my favorite company to hate (and that is a word I rarely use) - got a long history with that pathetic organization and have had much direct confrontation. I like watching them lose money, I like being part of the reason.

TGIF=IRDGAF   I just had to slide a picture of the dog in here before I get busy.
She is usually like a guided missle. She almost always lands her head on a pillow.

It's spring time on a saturday in the USA.
I'm wondering to myself, is there anything I forgot to do?
Mama picked up one of those deep dish pizzas from Little Caesars last week and Damn.
We were both having mouth gasms. They send a little garlic butter sauce that definetly could be considered 'awesome sauce".
I suggested picking one up today and she said, "let me pick it up"  Are you kidding me?
After working all day she wants good food too.
I have won in the lotto of life.

What about my post supported Donathan/Alex/Etc.?\

Sorry, but Boehner lives about 10 minutes from me.  He is about as down to earth, a working man as you can get.  He built his business from the ground up.

I just looked at a CIH page from 2007 in the Wayback Machine.  Some of the same people who posted on that page have been here already this AM.  Me, Regulus, Hootman, Madawee and Jimbo.

Time sure flies, don't it?
