Forgive me if this commercial has already been covered, but, the Colonial Penn insurance commercial (screenshot below) with the cafeteria lunch ladies makes me retch for so many reasons, but I'll just mention 2.

1) No hair nets, so the kids are getting hairy Tater Tots for lunch.  (P.S. - There's no longer any "mystery" to the Mystery Meat -- it's HAIR; and the same goes for the Tuna Surprise -- SURPRISE, there's HAIR in your tuna fish).

2) The "Have YOU been speaking to ALEX TREBEK?" line.

I want to beat her with a large soup spoon (which I can probably find in that cafeteria's kitchen) or stuff her dishrag into her mouth so she can't deliver lines like that anymore.  And then line the ladies up "Three Stooges Style" and slap them all across the face for laughing at her lame little quip.

I don't want her to die, I just want her to never speak aloud in public again, and maybe leave a few spoon bruises on her face.

Other than that, they all seem to be perfectly lovely ladies.

OMG!! That woman who says, "Have you been speaking to Alex Trebek?", makes me want to scream! She actually makes my skin crawl!  I can picture her being that condescending and patronizing, in person! I just want her to GO AWAY!!!!

"Have YOU been speaking to Alex Trebek?"

No, bitch, I've heard his spiel 75,000 times since this commercial airs that many times during the day, so I know what I'm talking about. The part that really boils my potatoes is the end when one of them tells the other lady to "go call now! We'll finish up here!" It's not an emergency! You can wait until you finish doing your JOB, which you are being PAID for, to make some phone call.

Hell yes! If for some reason, I mentioned to a friend I was thinking of getting a reverse mortgage, would they ask me if I'd been talking with Henry Winkler or Fred Thompson? If I asked a friend about maybe switching to Allstate, would they ask if I'd been speaking with Dennis Haysbert?

I'd rather speak to him than Jimmy Fallon.
