LOL

I had a dog treat last week.  My neighb brought over one that was like an actual vanilla creme sandwich cookie.  It was good.  You'd never know it was for dogs.

I like this one too - it has NOTHING to do with insurance, that I can see...

This one sort of does...but WHO has a desk NEXT TO A RESTROOM?! (I'd either need to get a promotion or another job...)

What about the State Farm series of commercials with the low rent Tom Cruise looking guy, walking around blabbing about State Farm. Irritating!

There is another commercial in this series that is really funny, too.  A man ends up with red lipstick all over his face instead of chapstick because he wasn't "paying attention."

This might be the cookie I had:

Here are the ingredients:
Sugar, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Dried Whey, Corn Syrup, Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Natural Butter Flavor, Vegetable Fat, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Wheat Flour, Powdered Sugar, Dried Milk.

Compare to the ingredients in Nabisco Snackwell's vanilla sandwich cookie:

ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, VEGETABLE SHORTENING (PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED CANOLA, SOYBEAN, AND/OR COTTONSEED OILS), DEXTROSE, CORN FLOUR, GLYCERIN, WHEY, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA, CALCIUM PHOSPHATE), CORNSTARCH, EMULSIFIERS (DATEM, MONO- AND DIGLYCERIDES, SODIUM STEAROYL LACTYLATE), SALT, WHEAT STARCH, CELLULOSE GUM AND GEL, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR.

If they can make a dog cookie without ingredients such as hydrogenated oil (trans-fat), glycerine, cellulose gum, and artificial flavors, why do human cookies need that stuff?  So, except for the lack of vitamins, the dog cookie might actually be better.  And who looks to cookies for vitamins, anyway?

And let me stress again, the dog cookie was every bit as good as the human ones!

Oh great, now this has me wondering what ingredients are in the food my mom's cat eats (not sure which brand ). Must be something pretty dang healthy, considering the cat's still alive even though she's around 17 yrs old. LOL
