Oo, the 2020 Chevy is magical! Confused

I can picture that guy who spoofs these ads.
In the a Boston accent -
" Oh it's like the f'ing invisible Wonder Woman plane 'Pawsch'? Oh my gawd!"

"Real pickup owners, not actors."
Please....please for the love of God stop it

!

The dumbing down of the American driver!  I can back up a trailer pretty well without all of this fancy smancy sh*t!  If I do have to replace my truck, (and I don't expect I will). I will avoid anything with all of these 'so-called' safety innovations.

But hey, Potsch gets a paycheck...so he keeps doing this garbage. Find a new ad campaign Chevy. I'm begging you.
Back after a long absence...still hating those commercials. Go away Limu Emu and Doug!

Cars with lane assist.  Cars that brake if you get too close to something.  Cars that beep if something is passing alongside.  These things are all geared to distracted idiots who are driving and texting or browsing on their phones.

Wait this is ANOTHER driver that dosed off in a self driving Tesla? The same damn thing happened 2-3 weeks ago!

Jesus Christ! One question, is this considered "distracted driving" - he's clearly not "distracted"...just knocked the f- out!

They aren't all Asians - watch the video - it's all 'dem rich whi'peeps!
No. I don't own a stinkin' Tesla - but I might grab a VW in the future.

Having said that, I DO like the 'invisible trailer' feature - I wanna hick one and sue the hell out of Chevy!

I sit thru the commercial breaks, LOOKING/HOPING for the 'Chevy Invisible Trailer', just to see the split-second scene of the woman in the driver's seat...I can't help it -- I love brown-eyed brunettes, and she's CUTE!
Having said that, I'll never buy a new Chevy BECAUSE I hate all those 'Real Actor' commercials, because whenever there's a really good-looking woman among the "real people, not actors", the camera always spends the Least amount of time on those good-looking women, as in less than one second on the close-up of the cute brunette in the 'invisible trailer' commercial, and I hate Chevy for that.

All these "safety features" are an absolute disgrace. Maybe if people would stop being so damn distracted and start driving again, you'd discover that you don't need all that crap. I don't own a smartphone, never will of course, and I don't have a problem driving. 13 years with no accidents, tickets, anything. The only thing that would be nice would be the backup cam. Otherwise, none of this stupid automated braking, lane departure (like...isn't that basically just telling you right there that's for distracted people), and all this other crap, don't need or want. More sensors and more computers just equal spending more money and more things to go wrong that will cost plenty to fix when it breaks.

What if I told you that was Potsch's daughter?
Would you still sit through the commercials, or rig up some sort of home-brew shock therapy system?

Welcome, BTW.

Love the thoughts...but what if she came over and accidentally backed her invisible trailer into your garage door?

Don’t knock this innovation. I mean, it literally brought in 20 more JD Power awards. That is the height of accomplishment.

For Chevy, it's actually the only real selling point.  Potch has to mention it at least once every commercial.  If there was a JD Power award for receiving the most JD Power awards, I'm sure Chevy would have it.
