OK!  I don't think Verizon or any other carrier could beat the price we pay with Consumer Cellular!

Let me grab a hold of the demographic here!  Twin daughters from different fathers?  GMAFB!

I can't take these damn Verizon ads. The one I keep seeing over and over is this one.

$100 per line?  Doesn't sound like such a great deal to me!

 Just so all understand one thing: Verizon's network architecture utilizes 'stone-age' CDMA while globally, most cell telco networks are GSM.

Ha, teenagers. Highlight of their life is seeing some sh*tty pop star.

Actually, I find that not uncommon or unrealistic and much better than what some of us learned (Shocked'hump-a-matic' acts really DO result in babies!).

...now, I got curious about these girls (I knew the last name - just couldn't place it) and their story is more them and the loving support of their family and friends, most notably, their father...and it is scary, yet resulted in the youngest Nobel Peace Price Winner, ever (Malala).

In the meanwhile, the ones in the commercial are not twins and their heritage is Pakistani.

They have brothers and sisters. Their father and Malala founded the 'Malala Fund' (working toward a world where all girls can learn & lead).

Gut-wrenching reality that has resulted in great hope and good:

~~~
ConfusedWhen you were a teenager, what was your highlight?
Personally, I had 'highlights' with the best being meeting my wife (and starting life very, very similar to that in 'Raising Arizona' (a movie that should be 'mandatory watching') and slipping into the on-again/off-again black and white world of zeroes and ones while slowing my brains down with sideline music work (and all that came with it), civil rights, and proving that '1+1=3 (or greater)'.
I seriously applaud their family - these girls are being allowed to really grow up as any and all children should. Not everyone has to live the horrors and not everyone can be their sister.
