I hate it when I get a Netflix pop up ad. Why show me an ad urging me to join their service when I am already a member? Netflix sets various cookies when I log in. Why not create a cookie that directs the ad servers to show netflix members something interesting and relevant to them, like a banner showing the new releases on netflix or better yet no ad at all?

I feel your pain. I have been using netflix for years. I like netflix. I hate 6 or more netflix pop-ups on one page. They also keep my recycle bin full with their mailings. They must be spending more on postage for these adds per year than they receive from my fees for two months.

I hate Netflix pop-ups--actually, any pop-up at all.

Netflix is a great idea, however I do not like all their pop-ups either. I am getting them with I am not even looking at anything remotely associated with TV or movies. I could understand if pop-ups went along with "like topics" (not that I like pop-ups at all), but they are a real annoyance otherwise.
