I rank this one up there with "Blueberry Pancakes". My neighbor's dog is howling...

That was a big hit song in the early 70s.

Ah yes...the loverly singer MELANIE.  That was indeed a very annoying song that could very easily become an "earworm" if you let it! Confused   P.S.  I don't care how bad HP's ads may become because I adore their products.  My camera, scanner/printer, and computer are all HP.  And no...I don't work for 'em!  Embarrassed  However, this ad did disturb me a bit...seeing the baby on the highway weaving and in and outta traffic!  Shocked

I'm not sure I understand the product in this one. You just send a picture to the printer, and it prints it? What's keeping your drunken buddies from sending a bunch of d*ck pictures to it for you to "find" the next morning (using all your ink/paper).

First time I saw it, I didn't like WAITING to see what this ad was for. I thought it was another diaper ad.

I "discovered" CIH years ago when I went looking for the name of a song I liked on an HP commercial that was airing at the time.  I ended up staying here, even though I had to contact Hewlett-Packard for my answer.

Considering that the song is about juvenile sex, maybe your guess isn't too far off the mark.  Maybe the commercial is encouraging adolescents to sext directly to printers rather than to another phone.  Their "intent" may not be that, but teens'll figure it out.

So what, it's like a fax machine minus the phone number? That's pretty unincredible.

I didn't remember ever seeing this ad until I read this post - then I realized who was to blame for that annoying "music" that was stuck in my head a couple of days ago. Didn't push me over the edge so wasn't so bad, but still a dumb concept.
Yeah, that's bound to sell a lot of printers... a damn baby weaving in and out of traffic and annoying @$$ garbage "music".

Who are the ad executives who approve this drivel? Do they think that wearing us down to the point of insanity is going to work better than a really well thought out campaign?
Heavens to Murgatroyd!

Cry"Brand New Key", by Melanie...goes WAY back, as Thor and ol'Mule know...

I've always disliked that song...never wanted to nail a sweaty, nasty girl who has been rollin' around all day....

...and that stinkin' baby?! I'd have slammed on the brakes if'n the little sh*t came rolling up behind me like that....

I hate to say it but that baby is not cute to me. I'm one of those people who doesn't think EVERY baby is cute. The point in the ad where the video is paused above, where the baby like puffs it's cheeks makes me go ehhhh. Also the end result picture that prints out of the baby makes me want to burn the picture to ashes.

Thank You.
That is one ugly baby - an I'm not trying to be mean.
Babies all start out as raisins...then 'life' happens.
I'm pretty sure there should be a 'Return Policy', especially if they are ugly and wheeling around and causing havoc in traffic...
