Couldn't think of any comebackJack.  Anyway...

The song reminds me of college.  We played it a lot.  Also, Mr. Soul by Buffalo Springfield and Funk 49 by the James Gang.

Women and men certainly do gravitate towards different types of music.

I know, Mad, me too.  Unfortunately, there weren't any really great-sounding videos of it on YouTube.  Their volume is all too low.

Yeah, the difference is that men gravitate towards good music. Wink

The only thing worse than womens' taste in music is their taste in movies. LOL

ShockedShockedShocked Actually, Jimbo, I'm a clsasic rock fan who wouldn't be caught dead walking into a "Romantic Comedy". The last 2 movies I saw in the theater were both Clint Eastwood flicks (Gran Torino and Million Dollar Baby).

Then again, I always traveled to the beat of a different drum...LOL

Even if a song or a movie brings a tear to my eye (which they don't, by the way), I wipe it away with 50-grit sandpaper.

Ahhh, yes.... Human League. Funny, I was just thinking about them like, yesterday.

Great name for a band. Clap

This is my favourite (note the way I spelled "favourite") Human League song & video.

Back in '83 when it first came out, I saw this video maybe a couple of times & fell madly in love with the dark haired girl singer. But as many times as I sat & forced myself to watch MTV, both in '83 & again years later during those video countdown shows they used to do, with my VCR poised & ready just hoping to get lucky enough for this video to come on so I could tape it, it never did.

Then, along comes the internet & then YouTube & voila!!!!

Just something about those big, dark eyes of hers..... HeartHeartHeart

Of course, I saw them in another more recent video of a live performance & they're all middle aged & she's gotten kinda tubby.

But then again, so have I.

((sigh....)) The magic's all gone.

Screw  it. Here's the link. Apparently the a-holes have the embedding feature disabled.

CryYou should be ashamed of yourself for doing that to us. I'm thinkin' you're simply upset because you didn't get to go hang around the Girls' Locker Room at school, today - and you wanted us to suffer, too.
