The Jackson's father has passed away at 89. He helped the Jackson 5 (and Janet) turn into superstars, and he is now reunited with Michael up in rockstar heaven. May he RIP!! Cry

I feel so bad for the Jacksons Family.  Katherine lost her husband, the Jackson siblings lost their dad, their children and grandchildren  lost a  Grandfather and a Great-grandfather today.

Michael Jackson wrote his father out of his will and in interviews told of how much his father Joe made him physically ill from fear and stress.  Michael may have turned out to be the weirdo he was because of how horrible Joe Jackson was to Michael and the other children.  JJ was so devoted a husband to his wife Katherine that he fathered a child with his mistress.  Nobody is perfect, but not all people wish to be reunited with their family members in whatever heaven they wind up in.

Joe Jackson lived a long life up to 89 years.  He was also suffering from cancer which is what killed him.  It might be a relief for them that his suffering has ended.  We all have to go sometime.  Eighty-nine years is a good run.
