In the 70s, I started seeing Sugar In The Raw packets at restaurants.  Brown sugar, I assume.  Maybe it's made by the same people??

And of course it sounds dirty.  It's supposed to.

It's not brown sugar, it's just unrefined, unprocessed RAW sugar, as the name suggests.

Brown sugar, raw sugar---I dunno.  I've never used either.  In fact, I can't remember the last time I used sugar of any kind on/in anything.

This is the raw sugar. Notice how coarse it is.

This is brown sugar. It's very fine.

This is brown sugar too. It's also very fine.

I love stevia, but the name and the contents of this product are both annoying. One of the reasons people have issue with stevia is that most brands bind it to a sugar alcohol (Which crystalises) or nondigestibal carb-crystal to make it more like normal sugar (stevia doesn't crystalise).

There's a few pretty good brands that'll just sell pure stevia extract as either a powder (very fine) or liquid.

It's incredibly sweet, so most people don't realise how little is needed; when you over-use it you get a metallic taste.

As for the other brown sugar...how can she have such skinny legs but still have such a shapely arse? That's genetics for you.

Black women's legs are different than white women's.  Thin calves, thick thighs.

Oh, and they're darker, too.

Well, this is a pleasant surprise! I have the Rolling Stone's "Brown Sugar" floating through my head.

Gold Coast slave ship bound for cotton field!
Sold in a market down in New Orleans....

I never heard of Stevia before Breaking Bad. I would think of Lydia being poisoned every time I use it.
