Mo & Ho soupasize Luke.
I understand, poor Cooper - and maybe one of them IS your uncle, but these are 'new times' and you'll grow up fine without worrying if either daddy will become a front yard piñata (unless you live in Birmingham). Having said that, you may get sick of 'Star Wars', unless you have a sickly uncle, say, like Darthy (just check the 'Beep' sigline).
Back to topic: We haven't burnt out the Star Wars product franchise YET?! Really?!

I am really getting sick of watching these two play with their poor little adopted border baby. The wife with the black beard sort of worries me - I would keep an eye on its behaviors with the lil'brat as something just screams that 'Mommy' is probably on the sex offender list.

It took that sigline for you to figure out I was a sicko? Hmm... and to think I dialed it back about 80% after the fourex analogy (gotta watch out for them fragile little psyches and sensitive types, doncha know). Anyway, just saw this one, and yeah, I feel a little sick. Everyone knows that you use an expensive toy war to determine which guy gets to be your father, and which has to settle for As far as the abuse of the franchise goes, no they're no where near done. Touched on this before. Disney spent 4 billion (with a B) on the franchise, so they'll sell rights to anyone for a dollar to make that money back. The thing that gets me... and yes, I do actually understand WHY they do it, but it still makes me rub my face... is that they keep using characters from the original trilogy. Darth Vader is dead. Yoda is dead. R2 is... well, I'm pretty sure he's in the upcoming movie, but still.

How Creepy?! So there you go, a kid with 2 gay "dads" - just one more move on behalf of the liberal activists in the media to keep moving the needle from simple acceptance of homosexuality to mainstreaming and elevating it.

Some of the topics have lost the videos, yes! Do we need same sex couples making commercials?
I'm not sure yet.

I'm sick of this ad!
Two dads repeats the same line twice, for what? sh*ts and giggles? |

There's lots of reasons to groan at this commercial that have nothing to do with not catering to your worldview. So .001% of commercials have gay people in them now. Buy a f**king DVR and get over it. It's still way less proportional than the actual population, and if you think a giant corporation like Campbell's is doing this because it has some progressive-fascist-SJW agenda.... Can we all just go back to complaining about overzealous slurping and the like?

^ I agree, but it still seems kind of awkward and purposeful to present the inclusion of gay parents as totally coincidental. It was not.

^No you're right, it's not coincidental by a long shot. But the purpose here isn't a more "inclusive" one. It is super awkward, but I think that's more in the way it's written and directed than who's starring in it. Campbell's is basically using the two dads as a sideshow attraction to get your attention simply because we expect ads to star straight people and 99.9999% of them do, and they can't be called out on it because it's under the guise of being progressive. Sadly most ads are similarly "oh look how 21st century we are" in the same way, but not all. Time Warner Cable has an ad starring a RL gay couple who own like an online cheese shop or something, but TWC not patting themselves on the back about it so nobody really cares.
Not that TWC doesn't suck, because that's a historical fact.

Wrong subject.
You're certainly welcome to your views and opinions, as am I...so, I'll be as nice as I can - don't go advising anyone to buy a DVR ~or~ 'get over it'. NO, *I* will not get over it. I say no to homos adopting and raising children with bad intentions for once they are ripe, so they feed them Campbell's Soup.
I saw it on 'Law & Order' so I know it is true.

Personally, I say "No" to ANYONE adopting and raising children with bad intentions.... Gay, Straight or whatever. But even with "good intentions", face it - some people just make sh*tty parents. I often wonder what the overlap is? People objecting to same-sex parents, and who themselves don't think twice about contraceptives. There are enough unwanted children in the world already. Unfortunately. Sorry to get off topic... Campbells is obviously using same-sex partners to distract you from the fact that their soup tastes like sh!t. I'll leave it as Extra Credit to determine if feeding Campbell's soup to your kids makes you a sh*tty parent. Oh look! Bigfoot. (forget all about the 1500% sodium).

Meanwhile, the family with two mommies doesn't get to do a Star Wars ad, but they do get to showcase Campbell's new Lesbi-O's soup... |

Guess Homey just ain't all-PC and whatnot. YeaOKFine...ANYONE with 'bad intentions' of ANY kind.
My parents raised me on Campbell's soup and look how *I* turned out. I was not an adopted boat baby and I never played with my lego blocks wrong, which leads to...nevermind. Now I am addicted to straight-up Campbell's concentrated chicken noodle soup, which I drink straight out of the can (no joke)

It's a shame you weren't born an adopted boat baby. You either would have developed a more open mind and avoided the belief that being born white and heterosexual does not qualify as a personal accomplishment, or killed yourself from overwhelming self-hatred.
It's not "PC" to point out that you have no evidence to suggest that children raised by same-sex parents grow into depraved adults. In fact, I've not stated my opinion on any of that at all. I humbly suggest that freaking out about one commercial with "homos" in a field otherwise overwhelmingly dominated by straight people that will continue to be so for the foreseeable future is, well... a little petty. And maybe you should get over it.

Maybe you should start up a politically-oriented topic since you don't want to talk about soup.
Just sayin'. doncha know...

Maybe as the person who started this thread you should re-read your own 1st post that made it politically oriented in the first place. You can't blame your dementia when it's in print, sugar.
And no, you haven't "attracted" me. Since I know you're at least literate, you'll see I've had an account here since 2013. I don't post much. I'm very conservative with my dolloping of "self-righteousness," which is harder to maintain than you might think, 'cause don't even get me started on the sh*t you say about women. As a recent college grad I was actually disgusted by the vitriolic PC culture there. You have quite a lot in common in your inability to listen to reason.
