Actually I'm having Scampi Alla Grigula and a Standing Rib Roast, which I'm washing down with a cocktail I invented called Caesar's Bloody Cat. It's a modified version of a Bloody Caesar, which itself is a variation of a Bloody Mary.

Here's my recipe.

Pour 1 1/2 oz (One Shot Glass) of Catdaddy (R) spiced moonshine over Ice.

Add 6 oz. Clamato (R)

1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Tobasco (R)

A pinch of Salt and Pepper

Mix well and enjoy Big smile

Remember: DRINK RESPONSIBLY. Thumbs Up

I don't think Catdaddy is currently available in Canada. It's made by a distillery in North Carolina called Piedmont Distillers http://www.piedmontdistillers.com They are known for two spirits, the aforementioned Catdaddy and another potent potable called Midnight Moon, which is based on a recipe Junior Johnson (An early NASCAR Driver who, like many other early drivers made a living running "Shine"). made and distributed illicitly. LOL Today both spirits are made and sold Legally with the States and Uncle Sam getting their "cut" respectively. I have a Bottle of Midnight Moon that's been autographed by Junior Johnson, it graces the shelf I keep my die-cast NASCAR miniatures on. A sign on the shelf reads - "Winners Only!"
