One thing about this commercial is the one person getting a WHOLE shopping cart just for ONE carrot. And the guy saying "one."
There was no thread for this horrible ad previously, but I think someone thought that the guy saying "one" was a guy from the Cialis commercial. EDIT: As an added bonus, the announcer calmly intones all the side effects like rashes and all of that good good stuff. |

But, but, but what about the poor drug company? They work so hard to come up with these vaccines because they care about you. Oh, sure there is a little profit, but all they really want is to keep people healthy.

WHAT IF... One minute of simple research could prevent the writers of this HORRIBLE commercial from making a glaring mistake? That woman is eating a single broccoli floret - not the whole stalk. Aside from a Martha Stewart web video confirming the difference between a floret and a stalk, the FDA nutrition data specifies that a "stalk" serving size of broccoli is 151 grams and has 51 calories. Anyone here think that's what she's eating? |

Never would have noticed that! Just another way of pointing out the stupidity of this commercial. |
