I don't read the tabloids. I see them when I am ringing up customers who are buying them.

Confused...stopped by a neighbor's the other morning about 6 A.M. - we go out for coffee, buscuits & gravy, on occasion. Now, this fine day, they had 'company' - a few 35-ish really drunk blue collar types. The drunks explained one of them had been out of state prison for a few months with no luck with work, but got the call from the place he worked for *before* going to prison, so they were celebrating the onset of his first day back on the job - in roughly 2 hours.
I hate this place almost as much as most of the people around here.

Are you criticizing being 35 or just being drunk at 6 am in the morning?
It's hard for us blue collar folks to figure out who you hate sometimes.

Embarrassed...please accept my humble apologies if it was you, aka....it was directed at those getting ready to head back to their first day at work by getting stumble-f**ked drunk 2 hours before heading back into the first day at their pre-state prison job. Didn't mean to offend anyone, doncha know - who am I to judge, eh?

Well, I never knew how annoying my 20 year old co worker really is. ... He continued to call my name. Just to call me for fun...     Also, my customer continues to call me Jonathan, even though I've told him my name is Donathan more than once.... Between my coworker continually calling me, and my customer continually calling me Jonathan, this is annoying.....

What does your 20-yr-old co-worker call you?  LOL

You should get a big "D" medallion and wear it at work.  Maybe your customer will remember to call you Donathan with the "D" reminding him.  So, do you only have one customer?  You folks must be friendly down there in Fla.  No one acts like they know who you are at the Wags I go to!

Well, I went and got a Miami Vice drink on Monday night, and on Tuesday, begun to slightly sweat bullets, as my job had an unexpected mandatory drug test. I had rum in my system and was a little nervous! Thankfully, they didn't count alcohol as a drug they were testing for, so I was gratefully relieved.....
