Must be an Atlanta thing.  This is hands down the worst radio ad I've ever heard - worse than Bryant Wright speaking right from his heart, worse than "Hi, you can't see me because of radio", worse than "nine-ninety nine, nine-ninety nine" (which I think is also Great Clips).  I hate it so much that I registered here just to post about it.

It's so grating that I change the station every single time it comes on.  Who listened to that ad and was like, yep sounds good?

Today I just heard one of the most annoying radio ads in my 52 years.  The female haircutter is asking the guy how he wants his haircut making her voice sound like a revving engine.  The guy tells her in his normal voice and then realizes he screwed up.  He then proceeds to describe what he wants in his engine voice.  Do ads like this really work?  Perhaps they do, Here I sit bitching about it :)
