I don't give a f**k whatever what the band who does the song or who sings it. I wish they'd shut their damn mouths!
One good thing about TV-you could always turn it off

Oh, this is a commercial for HGTV? I've seen this commercial many times, but I've been so focused on hating the song that I never noticed what was being advertised.

My biggest gripe about commercials these days is the use of atrocious music, and this song is as bad any I've heard in awhile. Truly awful.

Trite lyrics, bland music, atrocious vocalizing. Utter crap. This band is the Oprah Winfrey of music, making artless, sappy, uplifting pap to make people with pathetic lives feel better about themselves. And why are they all dressed like Steve Urkel? Idiotic costumes for a pretentious band with a retarded name. Fun. Fun period. Fun dot. What kind a name is Fun.? Why not smiley emoticon?

Ugh. Ten seconds in and I wanted to listen to something heavy about eating the hearts out of living babies...

Confused...actually, I've seen one HGTV commercial with THIS song in it....and it comes from (in my never-to-be-questioned opinion) one of the best albums made within the last 50 years...(oh! Hey - what's that a picture of, on the cover?)

(slowly raising hand).. um, I kinda like this song. Sometimes we close our Zumba session with it. Maybe when you're sweating like a pig and gasping for breath, it altars one's perspective.

I like the song, too, so you're not alone, Madawee. I've heard worse songs than that one.

Never seen the commercial, though.

Forget high-pitched and whiny, the main thing bothering me is how he sounds like he's stuffed up.

I can just imagine a recording studio with the floor covered in tissues, demi-guy singing as snot drips down his face.
