Wendy's came up with the big meal dealfor $4(burger, fries, drink, and chicken nuggets), then Burger King did the $4 deal too(bacon burger, fries, drink, cookie, and chicken nuggets) and now Checkers jumped on the bandwagon for $4 too(burger, fries, drink, funnel cake). Checkers and Burger King just played Follow The Leader when Wendy's did the $4 big meal deal
My name is Donathan, pronounced the same way you pronounce Jonathan, except with a D. :D $608 for her brother's scooter. Fair is fair my ass. Being tough on Public Access TV is priceless.

Burger King's 5 for 4 is a better value. As a "valued member" here you should know that.

Steak-n-shake had a $4 meal menu before Wendy's. I'm not sure if S-n-S was first, but Wendy's is a copycat fiend.

Umm, that's how competition works. If one company has something that's a much better deal than another in the same industry, a percentage of consumers are going to go with the deal, even if they might like the other company a little more. But then if the company they like more puts out some kinda combo deal as well, even if it's slightly more expensive than the other place, they're going to stick with the place they like more.

Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. Have you noticed a conspicuous lack of anyone (with the exception of your "friends") attempting to imitate you?Tongue The emoticon is sarcasm. Don't worry. A few others will get it.

Just like "gokuroom" used to do. Are you plagiarizing... or just finally slipping up and outing that particular fiend... erm, friend?

But yeah, what DKS said, you're crying about what is essentially the textbook definition of competition. It's a time-honored tradition that goes back as far as the cavemen and the wheel... or insurance. Or the old testament, depending on what you believe. The only reason Eve ate the apple instead of the banana that the snake across the meadow was offering is that the apple snake was having a "bite and apple, get an original sin free" sale. The very next day, the banana snake offered free lessons on how to sin with a banana with each purchase, and business shifted to that side for a while.

I think King James edited that last part out.

Anyway, let he who is without hypocrisy cast the first nanner. I doubt Walgreen's was the first store to offer a rewards card, but there you stand at your register every day trying to entice people to sign up.

Fiend.

Steak N Shake $4 deal is just a burger and fries. Wendy's deal is burger, fries, drink, and chicken nuggets.
