"ClownAwsomesauce!"
Dead
That is one made-up word that makes me cringe every time.
I've actually heard it used before - probably by a 'tween'.
Makes me scowl and cuss at inantimate objects.
If it wasn't for that one (I don't want to call it a) 'word', I probably wouldn't even say anything about this non-descript waste of time.

I just saw this one (again) and here's what gets me--how would the one at the call center NOT know it was her sister? She even gestures at her monitor and says "Yeah, you have the Discover blahblah card, so you get your FICO score..." and I stopped listening to her at that point...but my point is that the sister's info was obviously on the monitor, so of course she would know!! Yes, I know I'm nitpicking, but it irritates the crap out of me!!!

I've heard it used by people in their late 20's and early 30's. The one thing that stood out to me about this commercial is the sudden random hostility at the end. "Do I sound pleasant?" "For once in your life you do sound pleasant". Wow, did the ad execs really think the commercial was enhanced by randomly turning the customer(you know, the character who is supposed to represent the viewer) into a total bitch?

"Hey, so I'm looking at my..."

Who starts out a business inquiry like this?  Valley girls?

Oh, and what's this trend of starting out conversations with "so"?  I've heard it a lot lately.  "So" is a conjunction, synonymous with "therefore".  Would anyone start out a conversation with "therefore"?

When I saw "FICO Twins" I immediately thought of the three guys with the credit scores on their shirts from that other commercial.

We love Discover but have not invited cousin 'it' to the party.
