There were a couple of them that were sort of annoying, but for the most part, they were amusing.  I guess that comcrap doesn't like the competition. LOL

Heard about that on the news.

Sucks.

It's rare that an ad campaign comes along that's actually witty & amusing. When one occasionally does, the sore-ass babies over at the competition wet their diapers over it & the company running the ad caves.

Don't know who I'm more pissed at, Comcrap for complaining or DirecTV for folding like a cheap suit.

DirecTV has been accused of false advertising and apparently the evidence exists.

Yeah, apparently they found evidence that all those weird Rob Lowe characters weren't real people.

Who knew??????????????????????????

DirectTV should have told Comcast to go choke on a bag of dicks.

So, Comcast complained that Direct TV was claiming to be better than cable??  OMG, I've never heard of an advertiser doing such a thing!

But the best part of the article is this:

DirecTV had previously been criticized by another group for its Lowe spot in which his alter-ego had trouble urinating in public. According to a report DirecTV was asked to remove the spot by the International Paruresis (shy bladder) Association.”

There's an actual shy bladder organization.  And they're international.  LOL

I'll bet it's comprised of 3 or 4 lawyers and a few dozen whiners.  I hope they don't hold conventions.  Where would they piss?

I guess they just wouldn't.

They'd have to hold it all day until they got back to the privacy of their hotel rooms.

Serves them right.

Pissing & whining about Rob Lowe.

Or rather, not pissing but just whining.

This is rediculous!

Sure they were annoying at times, but this? Come on!
One good thing about TV-you could always turn it off

While I personally won't miss the Rob Lowe commercials (there were some gems in the campaign though, no doubt), this is about as asinine as you can get.

Exaggeration in advertising, really?  Who the f*ck would've thunk it??

And we now have to jump on the PC sensitivity train in regards to people who can't comfortably piss in public? LOL

They just need to stop whining and "let themselves go" in their freakin Tenas. Because hey, "pee happens".
Say something clever here...

No, I'm too lazy. Imagine it yourself.

They just need a little motivational speaking of sorts:

So that bully Comcast is to blame, they replaced it with a talking horse. I cannot STAND Comcrap those SOB's!
As for the bladder shyness. Jesus, I have had issues using stand up public urinals for years, not fun but I was never personally offended by that one ad. I actually chuckled a little bit. Ok, maybe that was TMI..but whatever.
