I vote to keep it because duck, even cooked, is an oily, gamy dish - gotta get as much of that oil outta the bird before cooking, doncha know...

Got no use use for this, I have a dish washer, and it's not Manuel.

Well, if you have a dishwasher not named Manuel, what is his name and does HE use Dawn? Does he wash ducks, or inject them with Dawn and then stick a garden hose in their beaks to blow out the soap?

What did I just get through asking??? Well, if you have a dishwasher not named Manuel, what is his name and does HE use Dawn? Does he wash ducks, or inject them with Dawn and then stick a garden hose in their beaks to blow out the soap? You know - "Dawn removes oil & grease...". Inject the buggers and blow that oil out from the inside, I say! If the pressure is high enough, it might de-feather them, too...kind of blow up like a big ol'beachball, and then about the time their eyes get to be the size of marbles, feathers should fly as soapy, greasy water comes a'shootin' out of every pore. Keep it going until the water runs clear and then run for the hills as that duck will not be happy with you. Nothing worse than a PO'd nekkid duck hunting you down, doncha know...but if you can COOK it, then it may almost be edible. Let me know how it works out for you.
