Had I ever thought of trying such a thing with a parent (ok, ok, it WAS back in the early 1960's, I admit
 ), most assuredly, I would be...oh, probably dead. Or at the very least, least grounded for months. To the ad writers: Stabbing your parents is not a good idea to be playing for laughs.

Okay...Bounty can stop with this slow motion yelling any day now. I hate this one and that other one with the stupid Chinese food or whatever going across the table and into the dog's mouth. It's just as bad as that dumb idiot on Credit Karma who is making pancakes and yells in slow motion as well. It just sounds so...irritating! The one with mommy's precious phone that almost got ruined because it was up on the kitchen counter where it didn't belong in the first place was bad enough, but these ones are just much worse.

Not to mention the complete lack of realism here. Kids today LIVE for their tech, so what kid is going to raise his or her grubby little crumb snatchers without that precious laptop firmly wedged between them?
OMG! There's a small amount of liquid slowly creeping toward my laptop! Whatever shall I do? I know, I'll throw my hands in the air and watch! No. The realistic response would be for the girl to grab her laptop and shift to a safer location, without having ever broken eye contact with the screen. Maybe let out a little sigh of disgust for effect.
