Is one crazy guy, I mean he's seems psychotic, when he's acting, and doing stand up...

I'm probably not the only one who's heard of him.

LOL

I guess I was bored when I made this thread.

Or a hundred.

Very nice, very intelligent guy.  The only comedian I knew who tipped every worker at the club after each of his shows.  $10!!!

I once invited a woman I worked my day job with, to come see a Bobcat show free of charge.  He was practically unheard of at the time, so, to her, it was just some comedian.  She brought her 12 y/o son with her.  When the show started, the boy just about passed out with excitement, as he had no idea the comedian he was going to see was this guy all his friends had been talking about.

I have to say though, that his performances were NOT exactly funny.  They were dumbfounding.  He was incredible!!  But not a barrel of laughs.  It's hard to explain.  You'd have to have been there.  He was like nothing anyone had ever seen!!  He actually had people from the audience that wanted to fistfight him right then and there!  If I had to put a label to it, I'd say he was punk performance art.

The first time I saw him, he came barrelling out onto the stage in Alice Cooper makeup, screaming "I never masturbated in my life".

Typical reactions of club patrons as they exited the club:

"Oh!  My!  God!"
"What did I just see?"
"What WAS that??!!"
"I think I need a Valium."

Thor, have you ever met Louie Anderson? I saw his show years ago at The Hampton beach Casino," he was so funny, I laughed 'til I cried! I also love Gallagher. There's nothing like a genuinely funny person!

How about John Pinette?

I think he's bloody hilarious!

I wish he'd show up our restaurant, I'd love to cook for him.

God know's he'd keep us busy all evening.

Never saw either.  Unhappy

My cousin, however, saw Gallagher's mallet---hurtling at him as he did the watermelon thing.  Afterwards, my cousin said that he lost his sense of taste as a result.  What's for sure, though, is that he won 3/4 of a million dollars as a result.

I actually heard this on the radio one day!!  Had no idea anything had ever even happened.

You made me a little nervous, simply titling the topic with his name.

Go to YouTube & search Brian Regan.

Funniest SOB you'll ever see.

Nothing dirty, either.

The guy is just a friggin riot.

Why he's never gotten a TV show is beyond me.

Thanks for the recommendation.  He is funny.  Reminds me of how George Carlin used to be funny.

Hey speaking of comedians, who was the guy who did the HEEEEEEEEYYYY HOOONEY, Boat WIIIIDE joke? I am trying to find a copy of that. I think his name was Jay Hickman but I could be mistaken.
There is also this comedy album a friend of mine had and we listened to it all the damned time but he can't remmeber the name of it cause someone recorded it for us. It had Jeff Foxworthy on it before he got really big, Ollie Joe Prater and a couple more guys. Ollie Joe was talking about getting drinking and driving and about how Unpopular it no longer is?? any memories jarred??
AW DAMN!!!! Wild Shot the friggin TV again!!!
