I like mayhem, I don't like Allstate.

"Cut rate car insurance?" Maybe, they should define that for me!

This assbag, or his BS insurance company, should pay for everything! And double his rates for being such a stupid f*cking idiot of a driver. Good thing a ped. was not killed by the douchefag.

FFS! Pull over to the side of the road or a parking lot. Then look for the phone. Unless your trying to please the great ghost of H.B. Halicki.

H.B. Halicki the "Car Crash King" original director of the original 1974 movie."Gone In 60 Seconds" "The Junkman" and died on set of "Gone In 60 Seconds II"

Why do they show horse manure like this and glorify the idiotic driving habits of some people?  This should be a PSA, not a commercial for insurance to encourage people to drive like asshats and then Allstate picks up the tab.  Angry

Yeah, you're right they should mix up with several different Mayhem ads circulating regularly not same one over and over and over and over again!

Need I say more? Every. Single. Saturday. Turned on the TV to watch Jeff Corwin's Ocean Treks (we like the Weekend Adventure shows) and once again I heard the unmistakable 'BZZT!' 'BZZT!' Go away...

What kills me, is everyone so darn addicted to the phone that they feel the immediate need to pick it up as soon as it makes some stupid noise? What in the heck ever happened to, it can wait until later? I'd like to throw this assbag out the window along with the world's addiction to these things. I'm so glad I don't have one, I think I'd go insane from hearing it constantly.

What kills me? I'm with Allstate!  And, they seem to condone such foolish and dangerous behavior.

"Cut rate insurance?"  It's called liability, the minimum required by law.  That means if you are stupid enough to rear end some other driver, while looking for your phone...Wacko You have to pay to get your own car/truck fixed.  Then, they jack up your rates for causing such a stupid, avoidable accident.

I walk my kid to pre-school and have to cross the street. This year alone, I can't tell you how many people have run a red light (been red for a while at that), and never ever yield to pedestrians when we get the cross signal. Every single one of them are on their phone. I wish Mayhem would destroy their cars before leaving the drive way.

And still reliable every Saturday morning like the sun coming up. This time it was on Litton's 'The Wildlife Docs'. BZZT! I'm guessing Allstate enjoys advertising on those nature and wildlife, family-friendly programs. Angry

I am forced to have one of the stupid things. I sit my Grandson and neither of his parents have a home phone. When driving I am sitting on my phone (back pocket) and buckled in. I would have to violate 2 traffic laws to answer it (seatbelt law and phone use law). On the rare occasion of it going off while driving I just check it when I reach my destination.

The only phone law we have besides texting is against the law is 'no phone use while driving' specifically 'no holding the phone to your ear while driving'.

Oregon passed that law a few years back with the same fine as the seat belt law $110 and it seemed to be working with improved use of turn signals. I witnessed many drivers not signaling apparently because they could not pry the phone away from their ear for 2 seconds. That lasted about 3 months until a newspaper reported that law enforcement did not consider cell phone law enforcement a priority. Idiots! Changes that went into effect 1 Oct 2017 did not really change the law but drastically increased the penalties. First offense $260. Second offense $460, Third offense a class B felony $2,000 and up to a year in jail!

With that bump in potential revenue stream, I bet that it's becoming more of a priority.
